Blanc de Noirs Champagne

Blanc de Noirs champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier grapes. More vinous and powerful than Chardonnay champagnes, they are an excellent accompaniment to aperitifs and meals. On the palate, they release aromas of red fruit, ripe wheat, honey, and mocha. Blanc de Noirs champagnes are distinguished by their significantly longer aging potential. Among the illustrious cuvées are Roederer's Cristal and Bollinger Grande Année.
