Dominating the village of Bommes, the Lafaurie-Peyraguey vineyard, composed mainly of Sémillon (93% Sémillon, 6% Sauvignon, 1% Muscadelle), is located in the Sauternes region, in the largest terroir of the classified growths. domaine which celebrated its 400th anniversary in 2018 is universally renowned and has stood the test of time. Successive owners have contributed to its development until 2014 when Silvio Denz, a visionary man, became the master of the place.

Vinification and aging
