    Owner and history

Located in Saint-Julien-Beychevelle in Gironde, the vineyard covers an area of 70 hectares and has a planting density of 8,000 to 10,000 vines per hectare on deep Garonne gravel soil over a clay-limestone subsoil.

    Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (30°C), and maceration lasts between 20 and 25 days. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
