    Tasting notes

    This wine pairs perfectly with grilled red meats, roast rack of lamb, or duck breast with figs. It also complements aged cheeses and dishes with rich sauces. To fully appreciate its aromas, serve it at a temperature of 16-18°C, after decanting for an hour.

    Owner and history

    Of the 75 hectares of vineyards, 65 hectares are dedicated to red wine, compared to 10 hectares for white wine. The vines are 30 years old on average and are planted with a high density of 9000 vines per hectare. A plot-by-plot approach has been adopted with different management for each plot in order to express the full diversity of the terroir and to get the best out of it.

    Vinification and aging

    The grape harvest is done by hand, as is the double sorting of the bunches.
    The winemaking takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, then the aging process takes place for 12 to 14 months in partially new barrels.
