    Owner and history

    75 hectares on gravelly slopes over a limestone subsoil. The average age of the vines is 35 years.

    Vinification and aging

    Manual leaf removal, green harvesting in summer, 100% manual. Each plot is vinified individually, as are the fermentations. Continuous pneumatic pressing in barrels. Malolactic fermentation in tanks. Blending carried out during the first racking, with between 50 and 80% new oak. Aged for 18 months.
