Owner and history

Vineyard area: 60 hectares in total, of which 50 hectares are dedicated to red wines. Annual production: approximately 150,000 bottles. Distribution: 95% through Bordeaux wine merchants and 5% to private individuals. Soil type: Deep gravel with a sandy matrix over a clay subsoil.

Vinification and aging

Vinification by plot in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, high fermentation temperature (30°C), daily pump-overs, rackings, maceration of 3 to 5 weeks. Aging: Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and 50% one-year-old barrels for 18 months.
