    The vineyard covers 52 hectares. The vines have an average age of 27 years. Soil: Deep, fine gravel and clay

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested in crates. Sorting carried out before and after destemming. The vats are stainless steel with a temperature control system. Aging lasts 18 to 20 months in 50% new oak barrels.
