    We enjoy this wine at around 16°C with peppered duck breast, caramelized pork, or a beautiful barbecued pork chop. Fondant potatoes and cumin-spiced carrot purée make lovely accompaniments.

    Owner and history

    The name of this vintage comes from a legend: at the top of the grove, the "Moscow tree" overlooked the valley. A landmark for aviators, this tree no longer exists today but lives on in the collective imagination thanks to the estate, which pays homage to it in this vintage.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Aged in barrels (21 months), the grape varieties are separated for 9 months before being blended for 12 months.
