    Owner and history

    The "Pierres Sèches" (Dry Stones) refers to the dry stone walls that protect the terraces on the steep slopes of Saint-Joseph. This cuvée is made from a selection of carefully ripened Syrah grapes from specific plots. Although not certified organic, the winemaker is committed to working his vines with the utmost respect for the terroir, preserving its natural balance.

    - Hand-harvested grapes

    - Aged for 16 months in barrels, followed by blending before bottling
