    Château Lagrange is now owned by the Suntory family, a Japanese group that acquired the estate in 1983. Their passion for wine and the terroir is reflected in every bottle, making Lagrange an ambassador for Bordeaux's great wines on the international stage.

    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process for Fiefs de Lagrange 2015 is carried out with meticulous care, with each grape variety vinified separately. After a carefully sorted, hand-harvested grape harvest, the grapes are destemmed and crushed before being placed in vats for alcoholic fermentation. This crucial step allows for the extraction of aromas and tannins. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months.
