    Owner and history

    The entire vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically. The vines are located on clay and rolled pebbles.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe.
    - Destemming followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Malolactic fermentation in oak
    - 12-month rearing in the woods
