    Owner and history

    This rosé is made from a rigorous selection of plots. The vineyard is organically farmed and is in its third year of conversion to biodynamic farming.

    Vinification and aging

    Vinification is carried out using direct pressing, with low-temperature fermentation to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The wine is then aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
