    Vinification and aging

    The winemaking process for Opus One 2022 is meticulous, blending tradition and innovation. The hand-harvested grapes are carefully destemmed and sorted. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels, some of which are new. This aging process, lasting approximately 18 months, allows the aromas to develop and the wine to gain structure.
