    Owner and history

    The vineyard on this exceptional estate is 500 years old. Of its 262 hectares, 87 are classified as AOC and 82 are used for grape production. The vines are at least 20 years old and are regularly replaced to ensure consistent yields. The harvest is done by hand with a team of 200 pickers!

    Vinification and aging

    Pavillon Rouge is vinified in wooden vats alongside its older sibling. The blend determines the grand vin of Pavillon Rouge.
