This relatively new appellation is experiencing growth, particularly in red wine production. Cadillac - Côtes de Bordeaux wines offer excellent value for money. New winemakers are establishing themselves and innovating, producing some of the most interesting wines in Bordeaux today, moving away from the more traditional production of sweet wines. All Côtes de Castillon wines can also choose to carry the "Bordeaux" or "Bordeaux Supérieur" appellation.
