The vines on the property are on average 25 years old. Surprisingly for the region, there are no vines ofGrenacheis not to be observed in the estate's vineyard. This is not a problem for the winemaker whose wines demonstrate a very high level of expertise.

Wines from Domaine Vaïsse

Wines of very high quality

Pierre VaïsseThe estate prioritizes very long aging for its wines: 20 months for the reds, which gain in velvety texture and silkiness. The château's wines are aged in 45% new oak barrels crafted by the finest coopers. In 1999, the château invested in new truncated conical vats to enhance extraction and facilitate plot-by-plot winemaking. Passionate, resourceful, and with the help of his retired bricklayer father, the winemaker built his own winery.Anianand made a manual punch.
