Manetou-Salon is an appellation in the Centre-Loire region, encompassing over 611 hectares of vineyards. The temperate climate allows Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes to ripen perfectly. The appellation has existed since 1959 and produces a large majority of white wines. Extensive work has been underway since the 1980s to significantly improve the quality of the wines. The renown and excellent reputation of its wines have skyrocketed in recent years. It has become one of the jewels of the Loire Valley, both in France and abroad!
