Muscadet Sèvre et Maine

Muscadet Sèvre et Maine is a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) wine produced in Loire-Atlantique, in part of Maine-et-Loire, and in the Nantes vineyards. The vineyard covers over 6,000 hectares and benefits from an oceanic climate. Melon de Bourgogne, or Muscadet, is the main grape variety, which is often aged on its lees. The wines have excellent aging potential, allowing them to develop a supple texture over time.
