Since 1995, Les Baux-de-Provence has been an appellation located at the foot of the Alpilles mountains. A beautiful citadel, built on the ruins of a Gallic oppidum, overlooks the vineyards. In the heart of this exceptional landscape, the 219 hectares of vines bask in the Provençal sun, surrounded by garrigue scrubland and olive groves, and caressed by the mistral wind. Red wines make up the majority of the production and offer excellent aging potential. In all three colors, the wines are powerful yet remarkably elegant.

The Baux-de-Provence appellation benefits from a warm Mediterranean microclimate. The Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault vines are caressed by the powerful Mistral wind. The vineyard is located on the northern and southern slopes of the Alpilles mountains, on limestone soils.

The red wines are structured, powerful, and imbued with the Provençal terroir of the Alpilles. Their aging potential is remarkable. The rosés and whites are robust and full of finesse.
