Expertise at the service of the vine for an exceptional territory

A respect for nature for a perfect expression of the terroir

For over 750 years, the vineyards ofPeyrassolThey are cultivated sparingly and with respect for the land. The estate benefits from a wonderful Mediterranean terroir for the cultivation of its vines.

More than 10 grape varieties are cultivated in clay-limestone soil. Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Syrah (40%), and Grenache (20%) are used to produce the estate's red wines. The grapes used for the red wines are harvested entirely by hand to ensure only the finest grapes are picked.

For the white wines, Sémillon (40%) and Abouriou (20%) are used. This meticulous work in the soil and vineyards results in high-quality grapes and uniform berries. All these factors contribute to the production of a wine of exceptional finesse and excellence.

The grapes destined for rosé wines are harvested mechanically at night to obtain a more aromatic wine. This meticulous and rigorous work has contributed to the reputation of the wines ofPeyrassol.
