    The winemaking processAlmaviva 2024 is a meticulous process that begins with the hand-harvesting of the grapes, followed by rigorous selection. After delicate destemming, the berries are fermented in stainless steel tanks, preserving the purity of the aromas. The wine is then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new.
