Nestled in the hills above Fiesole, overlooking Florence, Bibi Graetz is today one of Tuscany's most unique and talented winemakers. An artist by training, he inherited ancient, ungrafted vines planted with indigenous grape varieties such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino. His artisanal and intuitive approach, combined with a deep respect for the terroir, has quickly propelled his wines to the forefront of the Italian wine scene. Colore is his flagship wine, a bold blend from carefully selected parcels, reflecting his quest for emotion, purity, and expressiveness. A work of art in a bottle.

Tasting notes
Colore 2021 presents a deep, brilliant, intense ruby robe. The nose is very expressive, revealing aromas of black cherry, violet, Mediterranean herbs, and incense. On the palate, the attack is ample and velvety, supported by silky tannins and a refined structure. The balance between concentration and freshness is remarkable. The finish lingers long on notes of black fruit and spice, leaving a vibrant and persistent sensation.
