    Owner and history

    The vineyard comprises 46.1 hectares of vines in production. An organic conversion process began in 2019. Château Pédesclaux is situated on a plateau of clay-limestone gravel, a mixture of clay, limestone, gravel, and pebbles. The estate's plots are all located near the vineyards of Mouton-Rothschild and Pontet-Canet.

    - Hand-harvested grapes

    - Gentle extraction with shedding and punching down
    - Gravity-fed winemaking without the use of a pump
    - 16 months in barrels
    - 60% new barrels, 40% barrels that have held one wine
