    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from a 2.2-hectare plot of Syrah. The vines are located on clay-limestone soils and are 13 years old. They are cultivated organically, with the utmost respect for the terroir.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvesting and destemming
    - Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 12 months on fine lees (6 months in tanks, 6 months in barrels)
