    Terres d'Encre comes from 1.5 hectares of 30-year-old vines on the steep, granite terraces of Saint-Joseph. The grapes benefit from optimal sun exposure and the freshness provided by the altitude. The vineyard is organically farmed and worked by hand.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested at perfect ripeness
    - Total destemming and vinification in stainless steel tanks
