    Clef de Sol comes from a terroir of red clay with flint. The vines are on average 60 years old and are cultivated biodynamically.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with sorting
    - Maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats
    - Aged in 225L and 400L barrels without racking.
