    This is a small parcel of land from 70-year-old vines. The estate comprises only 0.8 hectares, facing due south. Vernon is world-renowned for the excellence of its terroir.

    - Pneumatic pressing

    - Lees stirring and malolactic fermentation
    - Aged for 12 months in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks (60%)
