    Owner and history

    The vines are planted in Kimmeridgian sedimentary clay-limestone soil, which imparts great freshness and a beautiful mineral structure to the wine. The Pinot Noir vines, averaging 30 years old, cover 6.5 hectares spread across 5 parcels.

    Vinification and aging
