    Owner and history

    The 24 hectares of vines stretch across magnificent Burgundian terroirs, notably the renowned Aloxe-Corton. The Pinot Noir vines, planted in clay soils with limestone deposits, are cultivated naturally, without the use of fertilizers. Particular attention is paid to manual harvesting and limited yields. Every step is carefully orchestrated to highlight the splendor of this superb appellation!

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested when the grapes are perfectly ripe
    - Fermentation between 10 and 12 days with pump-overs and punch-downs
    - Aged in barrels for 16 to 18 months
