    Owner and history

    In the heart of the Saint-Julien appellation lies the 37-hectare vineyard, planted on rocky soils scattered with pebbles. The grape varieties are composed of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Petit Verdot.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Sorting directly in the vineyard on mobile tables
    - The wine is aged in new barrels for 12 months (at 60%)
