    Owner and history

    The vineyard covers approximately sixty hectares and is located between the Marne and Aube rivers. Certified as High Environmental Value, the vineyard is committed to a sustainable approach.

    Vinification and aging

    The wines are vinified varietal by varietal in stainless steel tanks. 5 to 10% of the wines are aged in oak barrels, in old Burgundy oak casks.
