    Owner and history

The 2013 Grand Vintage comes from the finest vineyards of the Champagne region, with a meticulous selection of grapes sourced primarily from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. The vineyard rests on chalky subsoil, ideal for ensuring excellent drainage and the minerality characteristic of Champagne wines. The vines are cultivated using sustainable farming practices, respecting the environment while promoting an authentic expression of the terroir.

    Vinification and aging

The Grand Vintage 2013 is crafted according to the house's traditional methods. The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing for a rigorous selection of the finest. Pressing is gentle and precise, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of the aromas. This vintage is then aged on its fine lees for at least seven years in the house's cellars, imparting remarkable complexity and depth to the wine. This extended aging on the lees gives the champagne its unique character and exceptional aging potential.
