    Owner and history

    Located 40 km from the city of Bordeaux, Château Clinet lies in the heart of the Pomerol appellation. It benefits from a rich and generous terroir. The vines are on average 40 years old. Soil: Old gravel mixed with clay.

    Vinification and aging

    The wine is made in temperature-controlled wooden vats. An automated vertical press extracts the pressed juice. The wine is aged 50% in new oak barrels and 50% in barrels that have previously held wine.
