    Owner and history

Currently, Château Miraval is co-owned by Brad Pitt and the Perrin family, who are dedicated to preserving the legacy of this prestigious estate. Their shared vision is based on a deep respect for the land and a commitment to sustainability. Together, they have successfully blended tradition and innovation, making Château Miraval a symbol of winemaking excellence in Provence. Each bottle produced reflects their passion and dedication to creating wines that speak of the terroir and the soul of the region.

    Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Château Miraval is a meticulous process that begins with the hand-harvesting of the grapes to preserve their integrity. After gentle pressing, the musts are vinified separately according to their grape variety. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to ensure the full expression of aromas. The wine is then aged on its fine lees, which gives it a creamy texture and aromatic depth. This care at every stage results in an elegant rosé, true to the character of the Provençal terroir.
