    Owner and history

The vineyard is located 20km northeast of Montpellier on clay-limestone soil with rolled pebbles. This sloping plot varies between 50 and 150 meters in altitude and is subject to a maritime climate. Rhône grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Marsanne, Roussanne) reign supreme.

    Vinification and aging

The grapes are sorted and destemmed.
The winemaking process is traditionally carried out in wooden vats with a separation of the grape varieties.
Maceration for 35 to 50 days.
The aging process lasts 18 months in French oak Taranseau/Damy barrels.
