    Owner and history

Clos Marsalette has 1.3 hectares of white grapevines (Sauvignon and Sémillon). The vines are young and are located on gravelly slopes rich in alluvial deposits.

    Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting done in the vineyard.
The winemaking process is traditional and takes place in stainless steel tanks for the white wines. The wines are aged for 6 to 9 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks and barrels (30% of which are new).
