    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from Syrah vines that are on average 30 years old. The soil, composed of granite and clay-limestone, is typical of the appellation.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
    - Aged for 14 months in vats (10%) and barrels (little new oak)
