    Owner and history

    En Barbi is made from a selection of Chardonnay vines in specific plots. The vines face due south, away from the wind. The vineyard is entirely cultivated biodynamically. The Domaine du Pélican estate currently comprises 11 hectares of white grape varieties and 4 hectares of red grape varieties.
