    Owner and history

    The Syrah comes from the Pellisonne locality on the left bank of Seyssuel. The vines are classified as IGP because there is not (yet) an appellation for this terroir full of potential.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested with 100% whole bunches
    - 12-day fermentation in open wooden and stainless steel vats
    - Aged for 18 months in barrels, 20% of which are new barrels (3 to 5 years old)
