    Owner and history

    Champs Perdrix is ​​a unique vineyard site in the Côte de Nuits, combining the appellation's characteristic freshness with a southern touch due to its southerly location. While not officially classified as a Premier Cru, this vineyard could easily claim that status. The vines here are cultivated without herbicides or chemical fertilizers.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grape harvest is done by hand
    - Alcoholic fermentations take place with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged for 14 months with 30% new oak barrels
