The plot is located at an altitude of 370 meters, encompassing 2 hectares of vines. The Chardonnay vines, averaging 60 years old, benefit from very calcareous soil. The vineyard is cultivated organically and biodynamically.

- Aged for 12 months on fine lees in oak barrels (10% new)
