    This Saint-Joseph will be delicious served at a temperature between 16 and 18°C. Open the bottle half an hour before tasting, and serve it with a rack of roast lamb, pork tenderloin with chestnuts, or a nice cheese platter.

    Owner and history

    This cuvée is made from 30-year-old Syrah vines. The vines are located on a granite terroir and reach an altitude of 350 meters, hence the name of the cuvée.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested in the vineyard with 100% destemming
    - Traditional winemaking in raw concrete vats
    - Aged for 12 months in demi-muids (30%) and the rest in concrete tanks
