    Owner and history

    Les Preuses is a Grand Cru vineyard located on the right bank of Chablis, on a south-facing slope. The vines benefit from this sunshine (which brings roundness and intensity to the wines) and from the Kimmeridgian soil typical of the appellation.

    Vinification and aging

    - The grape harvest is done by hand, when the grapes are perfectly ripe.
    - Direct pressing followed by fermentation in barrels
    - Aged in large containers then in stainless steel tanks
