      Owner and history

      This Premier Cru is characterized by its light marl soils and sloping terroir. The vines face south and are between 35 and 45 years old. The Pinot Noir is cultivated without herbicides so that the terroir can express itself as naturally as possible.

      Vinification and aging

      Hand-harvested and sorted grapes on a table
      The wine is aged for 14 months, including 12 months in barrels with 25% new barrels.
