    Vinification and aging

    The vines for this cuvée receive the same meticulous care as those for Château Angélus, and the harvest is done by hand, followed by careful sorting. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 12 to 14 months in new and one-year-old oak barrels.
