    Owner and history

    The Chapelle-Chambertin vineyard, located in the prestigious Côte de Nuits, rests on limestone and clay soils, perfect for growing Pinot Noir. The vines, averaging 40 years old, benefit from ideal exposure to capture the light and heat necessary for optimal ripening.

    Vinification and aging

    After fermentation in vats for 3 to 4 weeks, the wine is put into oak barrels for 18 to 20 months.
