Owner and history

The Terrazas de Los Andes vineyard is situated between 1,000 and 1,500 meters above sea level, on the finest plots of land in Mendoza. These high-altitude terroirs allow the grapes to retain a beautiful natural acidity and a high concentration of aromas. The soil, composed of mineral-rich alluvial deposits, provides excellent drainage, enabling the vines to produce berries of exceptional intensity. Thanks to sustainable farming practices and hand-harvesting, each vintage perfectly expresses the authenticity of the Argentinian terroir.

Vinification and aging

This Malbec is vinified with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, preserving all the freshness of the fruit. It is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 to 14 months, adding complexity and structure to the wine. This maturation gives it silky tannins and subtle notes of vanilla and spice, perfect for long aging.
