EXPERTISE IN LINE WITH VERY STRONG VALUES

The desire to adapt the culture of the domainMarcel LapierreAdhering to the principles of biodynamics in no way prevents combining technical advancements with traditional methods. This is achieved, for example, through entirely manual harvesting with rigorous sorting, or through a typically traditional Beaujolais winemaking process without the addition of SO2 or exogenous yeasts. The owners have also opted for the complete absence of chemical inputs in their vineyard work, replacing them with organic fertilizers. Furthermore, the return togentle farming methodsThis translates into non-interventionist winemaking and the absence of chemical fertilizers at this stage of the winemaking process. All of this allows the fruit and the terroir to fully express themselves, resulting in vibrant wines that are highly characteristic of the vineyard's soils. Thus, for each vintage, Domaine Marcel Pierre produces three distinct cuvées: Morgon, Raisins Gaulois, and Cuvée Camille. If you are fortunate enough to taste a wine from this pioneering biodynamic estate, you will discover an aromatic, crisp, and fruity wine.
