The history of the estate begins with René, who established the estate atChorey-lès-Beaune in Côte d'OrThen, two of his five children took over and expanded the estate. They began bottling their own wine on the estate. René's grandson joined them in 1990. He took over the management in 2008 with his wife and is committed to combining family know-how with new technologies.

From winemaking to wine production

A very high-quality range!

THEPinot NoirThe grapes are lightly crushed and destemmed before maceration for 3 to 4 weeks. Temperatures are controlled using temperature-controlled tanks, ensuring the freshness and balance of the final wine. Aging takes place in 228-liter oak barrels for approximately one year. The blend is then assembled in large oak casks, and the wine is gently clarified before being filtered and bottled at the estate.

For the white wines, the grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery using a pneumatic press. After settling, the wine is transferred to oak barrels for 10 months of fermentation. The wine is then blended in tanks and lightly filtered.

The estate boasts a wide range of wines with prestigious appellations.Burgundygeneric toCorton Grand Crupassing through beautiful climates like the1er Cru Les Cent VignesOrthe BeaumontsEach tasting is a real pleasure.
