The Coursodon Estate, passed down from father to son
Five generations of winemakers
THEDomaine CoursodonThe estate was founded in the 19th century by Jean-Auguste and his son Augustin, who gave their name to the property. To promote their wines, Antonin frequented the already renowned wine fairs of the time. Gustave, Antonin's son, took over in the 1950s. Initially, he continued the method established by his father and grandfather, sending the wines by the barrel to Parisian cafés. However, he quickly changed strategy and began bottling and selling the wines directly at the estate. In the 1970s, Pierre, Gustave's son, joined the family business. He began planting and cultivating previously neglected land, favoring more easily worked plots. From then on, Domaine Coursodon wines improved in quality and acquired a distinctive character that would become their hallmark. Finally,Jerome, son of Pierre, completed the family line in 1998, proudly representing the5th generationTo achieve this, he will not only continue the work undertaken by his elders, but also work tirelessly to produceelegant winesIndeed, today we are talking about vintages that are virtually flawless, which is a true guarantee of quality for Domaine Coursodon.

In winter, they are pruned into a goblet shape, and in spring, they are budded to retain only the most promising shoots. The vines are then trellised, their leaves removed, and the grapes are harvested green. Therefore, every effort is made to achieve a perfect balance in the grapes and ideal ripeness. All this work results in the production of exceptionally high-quality wines, a fact confirmed by all connoisseurs of fine wines.
